The rapper's owned the modest -- in hip-hop star terms -- 4-bed, 2.5-bath property in the Inland Empire city of Eastvale for several years ... as it's been a family home where his parents and siblings have resided.
As we told you, though -- Kendrick bought a $2.65 million crib in Calabasas a few years ago as an investment property, and his family got to move into that one ... leaving the Eastvale pad empty.
RedfinThough it's not as glamorous as might be expected, the home is a spacious 3,500-sq.-ft. that comes with a 3-car garage and a nice yard with a BBQ station.
It was built in 2006 so it's still very modern ... and it also boasts a swimming pool and spa.
Kendrick's listed the house at $800,000, so he's set to make a nice chunk of change when it sells because he paid $523,400 for the place in 2014.
BTW -- Lamar himself is balling out in a $10 mil Manhattan Beach, CA home. Let's face it, humbleness only goes so far.

GettySteve Lawrence -- one half of iconic '50s duo, Steve and Eydie -- has fallen victim to his son's scheme to take control of his fortune, all while the singer is suffering from dementia ... so claims Steve's longtime companion.
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Judy Tannen says she's worked with Steve for 64 years -- since his early Steve and Eydie days along with his then-wife, Eydie Gorme.
GettyJudy claims she was not only a manager for the couple, but became like a family member, and after Eydie's death in 2013 ... she and Steve "leaned heavily on each other for emotional support and companionship," and have lived together as companions since 2014.
According to the docs, Judy claims Steve's estate plan allows her to live in his home for 5 years after he dies, and she's set to inherit 50 percent of the Steve and Eydie music biz. The other half, according to the docs, will go to Steve's son, David.
Here's where things get interesting. Judy says Steve's suffering from dementia -- he announced he was battling Alzheimer's in 2019 -- and she claims he's unaware David is "malevolently keeping Judy from fulfilling her promise to take care of Steve through thick and thin."
Judy claims it all started when she was hospitalized in February with COVID-19. She alleges David used that as an opportunity to have her stripped of all her rights to care for Steve.
According to the docs, Judy claims David's also refusing to allow her to return to the home she's shared with Steve for years ... essentially isolating them from each other, aside from a few visits.
She also claims in the docs that David is selling off Steve's major assets -- like a home in Las Vegas and an apartment in L.A. -- and has spent $74,000 of his dad's money to make a record.
Judy -- along with attorney Adam Streisand, who's representing her pro bono -- is asking the court to grant her power of attorney and strip David of his powers in order to protect Steve.

According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ ... the mansion the singer used to rent in Metro Atlanta sold June 3. Folks who work for Fulton County, where the home is located, tell us the sale closed at a cool $1,785,000.
coldwell banker realtyThe property is infamously known as the place where Kelly allegedly kept women as part of his reputed sex cult. As the docuseries "Surviving R. Kelly" detailed ... some of the women claim they were forced to call him "Daddy," and had to ask permission for everything from bathroom breaks to meals.
Kelly, who is in custody in Chicago awaiting a federal trial, has denied the allegations.
The new owner clearly looked beyond the home's bad rep, and saw the value of its 11,455 sq. ft., 7-bedrooms, 12-foot ceilings and 2 kitchens.
The pad also has 7 fireplaces, a home theater and a 4-car garage ... plus a pool, spa, tree house, playhouse and tennis court.

Joe Francis' beachfront estate in Mexico -- where tons of celebs have vacationed -- is partially in ashes, 'cause the place turned into an inferno.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Casa Aramara -- Joe's oceanside estate in Punta Mita -- burned down late Tuesday night. We got a hold of some photos and footage from during the blaze, and it's quite clear he's gonna have to rebuild from the ground up.

THE FIERY SCENEWe're told Joe wasn't in town during the fire, but was obviously made aware of it. Our sources tell us 20 people were renting the estate at the time, not to mention an additional 20 staff members that were on site. The guests are now shacking up in a hotel.
We're told there's no clear indication yet of what started the blaze -- but what is clear is the main house is completely gone. The other 3 smaller houses are still intact.
casaramara.comOur sources say Joe is en route to survey the damage, and you gotta imagine ... he's gonna be devastated. The estate has been a sort of celebrity mecca, and an incredible source of income, we'd imagine, for Joe.

Sources familiar with the purchase tell TMZ, the Los Feliz crib -- where Leno and Rosemary LaBianca were infamously killed in '69 -- just passed hands from Zak Bagans to someone who's not so famous, and wants to keep it that way.
The anonymous buyer closed on Tuesday, and we're told they paid around $1.8 million ... quite a bit less than the $2.2 mil originally sought when the "Ghost Adventures" star first listed it back in October.
If you can get past its very dark history, the property itself is actually pretty sweet. It's a 2-bed, 2-bath home that clocks in at around 1,600 square feet. It's got a pool, and fantastic views of the city.
GettyYou might recall ... Zak told us he bought the place last summer in hopes of shooting a project there, but reversed course after checking the house out for himself, and feeling it'd be best to let it be out of respect to the LaBianca family.
Manson's followers stabbed Leno and Rosemary more than 50 times, and although ZB's famously into all things morbid and macabre ... this one proved too much for even him.

GettyDon Diamont's real life seems to be playing out like one of his TV soaps (in a bad way) -- with an alleged stalker showing up at his house, and forcing him to go running to court for help.
The veteran daytime TV actor -- famous for his 'Bold and the Beautiful' and 'Young and the Restless' roles -- was just granted a temporary restraining order in L.A. County Superior Court ... after he claimed some guy showed up on his front steps earlier this month.
According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Diamont claims 37-year-old Quincy Adams has been harassing him and his family for months ...dating back to early January, when DD alleges the dude started making wacky accusations.
Don alleges Adams took to YouTube and leveled a number of outlandish claims ... saying Diamont was a Satanist and responsible for COVID, 9/11, and the Iraq war. Perhaps most absurd of all, Diamont says the man claimed to be bound to him in some way before birth.
Yeah, we know ... it's out there. That's what Don thought at first too, but he says he grew even more concerned when he saw Adams online, saying he knew where Don lived. He claims Adams also contacted family members.
It all came to a head on June 2, when Don says his wife called him to say Adams had shown up at their front gate. Don says he rushed home, and arrived to find the police handling Adams -- but says the whole sitch gave everyone a scare.
Now, he's asked for a judge to step in with a legal forcefield -- and he got it. The court granted him the TRO, ordering Adams to steer clear of him and his family.
Unlike his soap operas, this nightmare is no dream sequence for Don.

GettyThis is getting beyond ridiculous -- cops say Kendall Jenner got yet another unwanted visitor this weekend ... and we're told the guy hurt himself while making a break for her home.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a 23-year-old man showed up at Kendall's gated community Saturday afternoon, and attempted to get through the security entrance because he wanted to see her.
We're told -- as with previous obsessed Kardashian/Jenner fans -- the security guards recognized the guy because they say he's made multiple attempts to get in before.
Our sources say he was once again turned away, but this time he got bold and jumped the wall to enter the community ... and cut his hand while doing so.
Cops were called, and we're told the suspect was nabbed before he reached Kendall's home. He was taken into custody and then to a hospital for his injury, before getting booked into jail for misdemeanor trespassing.
We're told he spent about 10 hours locked up before being released on his own recognizance.
BackgridAs we've told you ... this is nothing new for Kendall and her siblings. She recently beefed up her security after a string of incidents, including a guy allegedly trying to go for a nude swim in her pool. A source close to Kendall told us she moved out of the home shortly after the incident and would not live there again. She has not yet listed it for sale.
That guy was sentenced to 180 days in jail, and both she and Kylie were granted long restraining orders.
Meanwhile, cops say Kylie had a dude show up at her pad to profess his love only to get arrested ... and Kim received a disturbing package in the mail from someone else.

GettyKylie Jenner is the latest member of her family to get a creepy, unwanted visit to her home ... according to cops, who say a man refused to leave until he got a chance to declare his love to her.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the 35-year-old man was arrested at Kylie's L.A.-area property this week. We're told he was familiar to her security ... they'd seen him before, but he'd always complied when they'd asked him to leave.
Our sources say this time was different -- the guy allegedly dug in his heels, and told security he wasn't leaving until he got a face-to-face with Kylie. Of course, they weren't letting that happen, and simply detained him until police arrived to arrest him.
We're told he was booked for misdemeanor trespassing, and then released.
While Kylie wasn't home during this incident, this is the latest in a series of concerning encounters with obsessed fans for the Kardashian-Jenners.
We broke the story ... a man who's allegedly been harassing Kim online and showing up at her home apparently mailed her a creepy package containing a diamond ring and Plan B.
She also got a temporary restraining order against another man who she believes tried to get inside her home.
Meanwhile, Kylie and Kendall were also granted restraining orders against the same man ... who allegedly tried to take a naked dip in Kendall's pool, and then showed up at Kylie's place after he was released from jail.

TMZ broke the story ... J Lo's home has been a source of angst for the last 6 months. Someone's been incessantly calling 911 with bogus noise complaints against J Lo, and the LAPD is sick of the hoaxes and is trying to get to the bottom of it.
BackgridIt seems politically motivated since the calls started just after J Lo's appearance during the inauguration. We have a theory ... remember, during her song, J Lo screamed, "Let's get loud!!!" It seems like a good working theory ... that's how the fake noise complaints were hatched.

TMZ.comFloyd Mayweather says his Las Vegas home was burglarized and a bunch of valuable property was taken ... and now the boxing superstar is pleading for help, offering at least $100,000 for info leading to the arrest of the burglars.
Mayweather -- who recently told us he expected to rake in $50 to $100 million for the Logan Paul fight -- just announced one of his Sin City houses was broken into.
”One’s home is there a sanctuary, place of peace, relaxation and comfort. When someone violates that sanctuary, it is disturbing and hurtful," Mayweather wrote on social media.
"One of my homes was burglarized in Las Vegas. They stole many valuable handbags and other belongings of substantial value. I am offering at least $100,000 reward for information that leads to the return of my belongings."
Floyd continued ... "The level of disrespect and greed it takes for someone to do this is unfathomable. Thank you to anyone who comes forward with any information. God bless.”
It's unclear exactly what was taken or when the alleged burglary went down ... but we're told Floyd only recently returned to Vegas after spending a few days in Miami following his fight.
Mayweather has dropped insane amounts of cash on some of the most coveted handbags -- included incredibly rare Birkin bags -- over the years.

Kim Kardashian's security team is working OT once again -- this time intercepting a disturbing package from a fan that included a diamond engagement ring ... and Plan B. Seriously.
Sources with direct knowledge tell us the package, addressed to Kim, was sent to her home and discovered by her guards on June 3. We're told Kim's team has reason to believe the items were sent by a man who's shown up there several times in the past.
We've obtained photos of the ring and the Plan B. The ring looks like a real diamond, though it's tough to tell the quality. For obvious reasons, her security wasn't exactly concerned with the number of carats -- instead, job 1 for them is making sure these strange deliveries never get to Kim.
Our sources say the man first came to Kim's home in February, asking to see her and then again, just a couple weeks ago, he showed up to her gated community claiming he was there to pick her up for dinner.
He's allegedly been harassing her online too, posting a self-made marriage certificate and another item that read, "Queen Kimberly” is “sitting up in thy big castle alone waiting for her Knight in Shining Armor.”
We're told his social media accounts have been shut down, and Kim's legal team isn't taking any chances -- they plan to file a restraining order against the man ASAP.
As we first reported ... Kim, who is divorcing Kanye West, recently got a protective order against another man professing his love for her after she claimed he was growing frustrated from failed attempts to get inside her home.
